Graphic Designer, Email & Ecommerce

Reports to: Design Lead + Senior Brand Designer

At HOMEROOM, we believe great email design starts with understanding the brand, not just the brief.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who is excited to create thoughtful, high-quality lifecycle marketing for premium consumer brands while continuing to grow as a creative thinker.

As an extension of our clients' in-house creative teams, you'll help bring campaigns, flows, and customer experiences to life across the entire customer journey. You'll work alongside Senior Brand Designers, Retention Strategists, Copywriters, and Account Managers to create work that feels intentional and unmistakably on-brand.

This role is ideal for someone who has developed a strong design foundation and is ready to take ownership of client work while continuing to sharpen their craft. We care just as much about curiosity, collaboration, and attention to detail as we do technical skill.

What You'll Do

  • Design Customer Experiences
  • Learn the Brands You Support
  • Turn Creative Direction Into Beautiful Design
  • Design With Intention
  • Collaborate With the Team
  • Continue Growing Your Craft

What Success Looks Like

  • Applying feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Building confidence within each client's design system.
  • Managing your workload proactively and communicating clearly.
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality work with increasing creative ownership.
  • Becoming a trusted creative partner to your internal team.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a solid design foundation who's ready for the next step in their career. You likely have:

  • Professional experience using Figma.
  • Experience designing responsive digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce brands or marketing design.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Bonus Points — You're Probably a Great Fit If You…

  • Have a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Care about thoughtful design—not just making things look good.
  • Enjoy learning new brands and adapting your style accordingly.
  • Welcome feedback and use it to improve your work.
  • Take ownership of your projects from start to finish.
  • Are naturally organized and dependable.
  • Enjoy collaborating with writers, strategists, and other creatives.
