Senior Graphic Designer

Role Summary:
The Senior Graphic Designer will create high-quality, brand-aligned visuals for digital platforms, websites, and offline materials. This role involves designing for both online and physical media, staying updated on industry trends, and conducting competitive research to ensure our brand remains visually competitive. Working closely with the social media, content, and marketing teams, the Creative Manager will bring creative concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital & Social Media Design

    • Develop graphics for social media posts, stories, digital ads, website banners, and email campaigns.

    • Optimize designs for platform-specific requirements and ensure a cohesive online brand presence.

  2. Website Design & Maintenance

    • Design visuals for website pages, including homepage banners, infographics, icons, and other graphic elements.

    • Collaborate with the web development team to implement updates and ensure visual consistency across all online touchpoints.

  3. Offline & Print Material Design

    • Create print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, product packaging, and promotional items.

    • Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality printed results, considering color fidelity and layout precision.

  4. Brand Consistency & Visual Standards

    • Develop and follow brand guidelines, ensuring all digital and offline materials reflect the brand identity.

    • Update visual guidelines as needed to keep the brand style relevant and impactful.

  5. Competitive Research & Industry Trends

    • Conduct ongoing research on design trends, competitor visual styles, and best practices across digital and offline media.

    • Implement fresh ideas and ensure the brand remains visually competitive in the market.

  6. Collaborative Content Development

    • Collaborate with social media, marketing, and content teams to transform ideas into visually compelling graphics.

    • Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with overall campaign and business goals.

  7. Project Management & Asset Organization

    • Manage multiple design projects from concept through final delivery, keeping to deadlines and incorporating feedback.

    • Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets for easy access and future use.

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

  • Experience with AI design tools.

  • knowledge of software processes and platform-specific designs.

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects.

  • Team player, open to feedback, and collaborative.
