About the Client

Our client runs a growing personal brand and coaching business. They are building the systems, content engine, and brand partnerships needed to scale it. They are looking for a dependable strategic partner to keep the day-to-day running smoothly so they can focus on creating and coaching.

Why does this role exist?

The primary objective of this role is to bring continuity, consistency, and dedicated support across social media, content production, and brand deals. The mission is a reliable partner who keeps content shipping, follows through on every action item, and helps build the operational infrastructure behind the business.

The Impact you’ll make

Content Strategy & Video Production

  • Drive content strategy and execution, including ideation, scripting, batch-shooting, editing, and repurposing
  • Lead the video production pipeline and deliverables (edits, series episodes, brand assets)
  • Produce, edit, and batch high-volume short-form video, and manage the production trackers
  • Edit multi-episode series and build a buffer of episodes ahead of schedule

Brand Partnerships & Business Development

  • Package pitch materials and support the negotiation and triage of brand deals and collaborations
  • Advise on selective sponsorships that fit the brand
  • Track action items and follow up on brand deals and collabs until tasks are completed

Client-Facing Assets & Lead Qualification

  • Create premium applications, presentations, sales follow-ups, and coaching materials
  • Manage and optimize the ManyChat funnel and qualify incoming leads
  • Maintain Typeform forms and quizzes that support lead intake

PR & Publicist Support

  • Draft PR outreach and review publicist targets
  • Coordinate PR opportunities and follow up on them

Operations, Tracking & Automation

  • Build and maintain dashboards for followers, KPIs, applicant progress, and content performance
  • Handle automation and data clean-up across Google Sheets and LinkMe
  • Research and evaluate platforms and tools, then recommend the best fit with clear pros and cons
  • Join brainstorming sessions to shape new systems and workflows

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Proven experience editing high-volume short-form video (CapCut)
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role for a creator, coach, or small business
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, and ManyChat (or similar funnel and chatbot tools)
  • Experience with social media content planning and brand deal or partnership follow-up
  • Strong written and spoken English, with comfort communicating over WhatsApp

WFH Set-Up:

  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect…

Work Setup:

  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (Eastern Time).

Compensation:

  • $7 per hour
  • No benefits package included
