Role Description
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Commerce, to join our Growth Platform Team and lead GoTo’s partner commerce initiatives—while also playing a key role in our broader commerce product strategy.
- Focus on driving partner-centric commerce concepts
- Support seamless partner integrations with the GoTo ecosystem
- Promote internal adoption
- Spearhead development efforts related to partners
- Contribute to high-impact commerce projects supporting product, billing, and sales experiences for all GoTo customers
- Collaborate with business units, engineering, product, sales, and partner teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, software, or high-tech environments
- Experience with partner ecosystems, APIs, or commerce platforms is a strong plus
- Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical teams
- Strong track record managing cross-functional projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile product environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Enthusiastic, collaborative mindset with a passion for driving shared success
Requirements
- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of commerce solutions tailored for partners
- Collaborate on a variety of commerce-related initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner commerce topics
- Partner with engineering and product stakeholders to document requirements
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and business teams
- Manage and prioritize a roadmap of initiatives
- Support internal enablement by promoting alignment and providing updates
- Identify challenges and opportunities in partner and broader commerce experiences
