Senior Product Designer

Clear Capital’s field valuation services, property data and analytics tools, and collateral review platform technologies build confidence in real estate decisions.  As our industry evolves we are not just evolving with it, we are helping to drive the evolution.  As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams through all phases of product development — from ideation to delivery.  With your help, we will continue to build innovative products that will shape the future of our company and our industry.
What You Will Work On
  • Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.
  • Collaborate with the product team to validate and refine ideas, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
  • Create and maintain visual designs for new products and features across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience.
  • Contribute to our style guide and design system to standardize design practices across the organization.
  • Conduct user and UX research to identify opportunities for improving existing applications and enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Help define and improve our product development and design processes.
  • Multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
  • Who We Are Looking For
  • Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience along with 6+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications. 
  • Expertise in Figma including the creation and use of interactive prototypes, reusable components, design systems and component libraries, and version history.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering leadership and developers through all phases of the product life cycle.
  • A strong commitment to user-centered design, ensuring that all products meet user needs and provide a seamless, efficient and accessible experience.
  • Able to effectively communicate design intent and specs to developers.
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies..
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
