The remote Principal Customer Success Program Manager, reporting to the Customer Success Operations Director, will work across the global CS organization and its team members to accelerate the delivery of programs, and systems that scale. As an Individual contributor, engage with business stakeholders to  drive continuous improvement and launch new programs . A successful candidate will have experience managing complex challenges and have the ability and commitment to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop programs, and systems that scale to support the global Customer Success strategy.
  • Operate autonomously; own end-to-end program in alignment with delivery teams.
  • Partner with business and technology teams on priorities and requirements
  • Promote accountability by holding yourself and the program team to their commitments and meeting the goals of the program.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of experience in a strategy, operations or program management role within Customer Success organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in software and collaboration tools (SFDC, Jira, Confluence, Asana)
  • Mastery of analyzing data trends for operational risks and efficiencies.

  • Excellent problem-solver and critical-thinker with the ability to identify and remove barriers and enable teams to complete their goals
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, Agile development, and user-centered design

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$147,000$210,000 USD
