Job Description: 

We’re seeking an analytical and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Wander. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing Online Travel Agency (OTA) channels for our new luxury homes, optimizing the performance of Wander properties across our owned, paid, and earned marketing channels and working cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations and Pricing to deliver the best possible property performance for our owner. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize OTA listings for new Wander homes and refresh content regularly across our portfolio 

  • Analyze performance data of existing properties to identify underperforming assets

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve booking rates and revenue for underperforming homes

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics across OTA platforms

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and pricing strategies

  • Stay updated on OTA market trends and competitor activities

  • Tackle home performance across our portfolio and collaborate cross-functionality with the rest of the marketing team to drive incredible results and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

  • Experience with OTA platforms is a plus (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia)

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple creative projects simultaneously
