A leading fertility clinic committed to helping families grow is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team! If you have strong communication skills, a passion for women’s health, and experience supporting marketing initiatives, we’d love to hear from you!
Coordinate the content calendar and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
· Draft, edit, and format content for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.
· Monitor community engagement – respond to DMs, comments, and inbound inquiries.
· Support email marketing initiatives using tools like MailerLite and Canva.
· Assist with campaign research, partnerships, and outreach efforts.
· Use tools like Notion or Asana to maintain project organization.
· Secure creative assets and help manage vendor relationships.
· Support logistics for webinars, virtual events, and content production.
· Track KPIs across channels and create basic performance reports.
Requirements:
1–3 years of marketing or communications experience (internships and volunteer work count!).· Strong writing and editing skills with a compassionate, brand-aligned tone.
· Ease with digital tools like social media platforms, email tools, or website editors—or enthusiasm to learn.
· Experience with Wix or similar website builders is a plus.
· Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time/project management.
· Curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset.
· Awareness of emerging AI tools and digital trends, with the ability to creatively apply them in a marketing context.
· Passion for reproductive health, wellness, or emotional support is a plus.
