We’re hiring a Junior Media Buyer to support both internal agency operations and light client-facing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with strong initiative, excellent time management skills, and confidence in executing social media content, ad support, and executive ops tasks with minimal handholding.
You’ll be supporting lower-tier client campaigns (social graphics, ad maintenance, etc.) while also managing internal documentation, scheduling, and agency operations. - Design static social media graphics for a handyman/home management brand and additional clients
- Translate brand strategies and tone of voice into engaging visual content
- Create multiple static ad variations from creative briefs and campaign outlines
- Set up and manage Meta ads campaigns (budgets up to $2k/month) using provided targeting and content
- Track ad performance and identify optimization opportunities for creative and targeting
- Test audience strategies (warm vs. cold audiences) and optimize spend allocation
- Pause underperforming ad groups and recommend structural improvements
- Report on campaign performance using Meta’s native analytics tools
- Maintain organized asset delivery with proper naming conventions and export settings
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and client projects
- Graphic design experience with social content and/or digital advertising
- Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or Illustrator)
- Meta Ads Manager experience – creating campaigns, ad sets, uploading creatives, and setting budgets
- Ability to design within brand guidelines for varied client identities
- Understanding of high-performing ad elements (thumb-stopping creative, clear CTAs, audience alignment)
- Comfortable with performance metrics like CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate
- Strong communication skills and experience with async collaboration tools (Slack, Notion)
- Excellent time management – able to juggle multiple brand projects and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret creative briefs and campaign requirements
- Experience with service-based or home-focused brands
- Motion design skills for lightweight animated assets in Canva
- Copywriting abilities – confident in creating or refining CTAs and ad headlines
