Senior Product Designer

Remote within Australia / in-office in Melbourne

We are seeking a product designer to join our small, high-performance team and report directly to the co-founders.

We build tools for documents that matter—bet-the-house documents where companies suffer reputational hits or face lawsuits if mistakes are made. We’re product-led, and we win by building lovable tools that solve our users’ most important problems. Our product, a document review platform, is relied on by the largest law firms and listed companies in both Australia and the UK to fact check their disclosures before publication.

Design at Atticus is hands-on and integrated with both users and engineers. We want a designer who can hone vaguely-defined problems to get at what’s important, then ruthlessly iterate to arrive at a clean solution—codified design methods and structures are no substitute. We know getting this right is the core of building great products.

Tools:

  • Figma
  • Anything else you need

Benefits:

  • Above-market compensation
  • Collaborative environment—wins are shared and disagreement is fun
  • Fully flexible—work from home or our dog-friendly Collingwood office
  • $2,000 home office setup budget
  • Five weeks leave each year (and never work on your birthday)
  • Generous professional development program
