ABOUT THE MARKETING TEAM

Our full-service marketing team specializes in owned, shared and paid channel strategy and execution. Our team works with clients across BerlinRosen, including venture capital firms, tech incubators, national foundations, political campaigns, luxury and lifestyle brands and top-tier real estate locations. Our team of account strategists, social media specialists and advertising experts develops smart campaigns that result in KPIs including wider brand awareness, elevated sales and transactions and changing hearts and minds. We bring an unmatched data-first approach to create tailored marketing strategies that reach captive decision-makers and drive results.

 

ABOUT THIS ROLE

BerlinRosen is seeking a Senior Advertising Account Manager who knows how to think big and craft bespoke advertising strategies and smart media plans that drive impactful, measurable results for our clients. From leading creative brainstorms to analyzing quantitative data, this person will take on campaigns from start to finish for some of the most interesting brands in the country. This position is ideal for anyone with about 3-4 years of relevant experience in growth marketing and eager to join a growing team.

Role location: This role is available on a remote basis within the United States on Eastern Time or within one of our offices in New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. on a hybrid basis. The Marketing team is in-office at least 2 days per week.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a Senior Advertising Account Manager on the Marketing team, you will…

  • Lead or support client relationships, including joining weekly calls, presenting findings and proactive suggestions, actively participating in strategic conversations and collaborating to solve problems
  • Create advertising strategies and media plans from scratch, identifying the digital platforms and tactics that will help meet clients’ stated goals and KPIs
  • Conduct research using online resources and tools to gather, analyze and interpret data on market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to support the development of advertising strategies
  • Oversee and implement the set-up, maintenance and optimization of advertising in platforms like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and more
  • Develop and track project work plans, ensuring to-do lists reflect accurate priorities and timelines allow for internal reviews and deadlines are consistently met
  • Bring deep understanding of marketing funnels and conversion strategies, including placing pixels and tracking in Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Create detailed reports, compiling data from media platforms and GA4, pulling out trends and insights, translating data into qualitative findings and writing key takeaways
  • Problem-solve and troubleshoot technical ad campaigns when crises inevitably arise
  • Work with the accounts team to stay up-to-date on all client news, events and priorities
  • Work with the in-house design team to create compelling ad creative and write clear copy that stays true to a brand’s voice while following advertising best practices
  • Stay on top of digital advertising trends and policies

Essential skills:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in planning, buying and executing digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and directly with clients to handle competing deadlines
  • High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multitask
  • Strong proofreading and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred skills:

  • Media agency experience

WORKING AT BERLINROSEN

Compensation philosophy: BerlinRosen offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $80,000-$95,000
