What you’ll do 🧑💻
- Lead creative initiatives from ideation to final execution, even with limited resources, ensuring cohesive design solutions.
- Own all customer-facing marketing assets, including trunk.io, promotional materials, newsletter design, and assets for our newsletter, social media, blog, and docs.
- Drive the evolution of Trunk’s web and brand identity by thinking strategically and creatively about the company’s digital and brand presence.
- Contribute to design systems and style guides that align with brand values and can scale with future growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure designs support broader business objectives.
- Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively through strong written, verbal, and visual presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices in digital design, branding, and user experience.
We’re looking for 🔎
- Ability to partner with leadership and go-to-market (GTM) teams to align brand initiatives with business and marketing goals.
- Someone who enjoys translating technical concepts into effective visual metaphors.
- A champion for exceptional design standards, ensuring high quality and consistency across all branding, marketing, and web assets.
- Demonstrated experience in leading brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences and differentiate Trunk in the marketplace.
- A self-starter who can work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong advocate for a user-centric approach to design, ensuring all brand touchpoints provide an exceptional user experience.
- High proficiency in Figma (and bonus points for motion design software).

The salary and equity range for this role are: $120K – $150K and .05% – .1%.
