We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst fluent in Norwegian and English to join a fast-paced Fintech customer care team. This role is fully remote but available only for candidates based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will provide assistance for money transfer transactions, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat regarding money
transfers and payment issues
Investigate transaction delays, errors, and account concerns
Guide users through platform processes including KYC, account verification, and troubleshooting
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fintech products and compliance requirements
Escalate complex cases to internal departments as needed
Deliver a high standard of customer experience in line with brand expectations
Fluency in Norwegian (C1/C2) and strong command of English (B2 minimum)
Residence in Sofia, Bulgaria is mandatory (remote work possible only from Sofia)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer support, ideally within Fintech, Banking, or Payment services
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new platforms and tools
