Data Entry Clerk, Remote

Astrek Careers is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. This position is open to candidates currently residing in the United States who are comfortable working with computers, digital records, spreadsheets, and routine administrative tasks.

Pay: $30 per hour
Position: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Location: United States

Responsibilities

• Enter and update information accurately in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Review records and information for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain digital documents and files.
• Assist with routine administrative and data management tasks.
• Update databases and internal records as needed.
• Follow written instructions and established procedures.
• Communicate with team members regarding assigned tasks and completed work.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company information.
• Complete assigned work within agreed deadlines.
• Report missing or incorrect information when identified.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in the United States.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is welcome, but entry-level candidates may apply.

Training

Job-specific training and instructions will be provided to qualified candidates. You do not need extensive previous experience if you can demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems.
