Marketing Coordinator  

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives across various channels. This role involves assisting in managing social media accounts, assisting in creating content, analyzing marketing data, and ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s brand and strategic goals.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Campaign Management: 

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns. 
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements where necessary 

Content Creation: 

  • Create and edit content for various marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates. 
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and guidelines. 

 

Social Media Management: 

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. 
  • Schedule and post content, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends to keep the brand relevant. 

 

Project Management: 

  • Maintain a marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met for all marketing activities. 
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including working with designers, printers, and other vendors. 

 

Administrative Support: 

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases. 
  • Support the marketing team with various tasks as needed. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, social media platforms, email marketing tools). 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

 

Things To Note: 

  • Must be able to work during Sydney Hours (equivalent to 7AM-4PM PH Time)
