What we’re looking for

Our client, a leading US-based Digital Marketing Agency, is looking for a highly skilled and creative Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies designed to enhance customer engagement, boost retention, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of customer lifecycle stages, segmentation techniques, and omnichannel marketing strategies, with expertise in tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, and other email marketing platforms

Responsibilities

  • Support Campaign Execution: Work with the Lifecycle Marketing Lead to execute and troubleshoot campaigns.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to implement loyalty campaigns for user acquisition.
  • Manage Content Planning: Oversee the content planner, ensuring monthly campaign goals are aligned with lifecycle marketing growth.
  • Optimize Customer Acquisition: Test and refine strategies to improve Customer Acquisition Value (CAV) by boosting conversions and reducing purchase cycles.
  • Execute & Analyze Reports: Handle email reporting and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay Updated: Keep informed of industry best practices in email and SMS marketing; suggest innovative approaches to meet KPIs.
  • Grow & Retain Lists: Expand email/SMS opt-in lists and create strategies to reduce churn.
  • Campaign Logic & Design: Assist with campaign logic, copywriting, basic design, and production tasks.
  • Segment & Nurture: Efficiently segment email lists and create nurturing campaigns tailored to various e-commerce audiences.
  • Improve ROI: Continuously evaluate and enhance the ROI of email marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Monitor and resolve user experience issues affecting the email marketing program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or digital marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project/time management; adept at handling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • E-commerce retail brand experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively organize, and complete tasks on time.
  • Solid understanding of the email ecosystem; experience with email deliverability is a plus.
  • Passionate, determined, and eager to contribute to a positive impact on the team and clients.
