VP, Marketing

Who we are…

Pearl Health is powering the future of healthcare. We help primary care providers and organizations to deliver quality healthcare to the patients who need it most, when they need it most — and get rewarded for keeping patients healthy.

Our technology, services, and financial tools enable better, more proactive care, decrease total cost of care across patient panels, and optimize performance in value-based care models for Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage.

We are a team of physicians and public health experts (Stanford, Harvard, Mount Sinai), technologists (athenahealth, Amazon, Meta, Flatiron), healthcare innovators (Centivo, Aledade, Stellar, Arcadia), and experienced risk management professionals (CVS/Aetna, Humana, Oscar) who believe that primary care providers are the key to addressing our healthcare system’s biggest challenges.

Since its founding in 2020, Pearl has expanded to partner with thousands of primary care providers in practices and organizations across 44 states. Our investors include Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, AlleyCorp, and SV Angel.

The role…

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and mission-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing function. This leader will be responsible for shaping how Pearl shows up in the market — elevating our brand and driving demand across customer segments. The ideal candidate is a full-stack marketing leader with deep experience in B2B healthcare, a passion for storytelling, and a track record of managing high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impact. This is a unique opportunity to define and lead marketing for a company transforming how primary care is valued and delivered across the country.

The right individual for this role will be a strategic and innovative marketing leader who pairs big-picture vision with executional excellence. They will bring a deep understanding of how to build and scale high-impact, cross-functional marketing programs that drive business growth. Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative by nature, they can flex across brand, product, and demand marketing — translating complex healthcare ideas into compelling narratives and campaigns. This person excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments and leads teams to execute with creativity, speed, and precision.

Key responsibilities…
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Oversee a small but mighty team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, leveraging sales insights, market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.

  • Drive Messaging and Positioning at the Company Level: Craft and evolve Pearl Health’s core narrative, ensuring consistent and compelling storytelling. Translate complex clinical and technical capabilities into clear, resonant value propositions.

  • Align Marketing and Sales Execution: Ensure tight alignment between marketing and sales by delivering high-impact enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and campaign support that drives pipeline and conversion.

  • Accelerate Demand Generation: Develop, oversee, and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns that generate awareness, educate target audiences, and drive qualified leads.

  • Increase Customer Engagement: Partner closely with the customer success team to develop materials and programs that boost customer engagement, accelerate product adoption, and strengthen brand affinity. Create targeted content, campaigns, and communications that support customer lifecycle management and expansion opportunities.

  • Expand Brand Visibility: Elevate Pearl’s presence in the healthcare ecosystem through original content, PR, analyst relations, and executive visibility efforts. Position the company and its leadership as trusted voices in value-based care.

  • Own Strategic Marketing Metrics: Set goals, track performance, and report on key marketing KPIs such as pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, brand awareness, and content engagement. Use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing at a high-intensity organization, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Roll-up-the-sleeves approach with strong executive presence and analytical rigor.
