Before the Session
• Join online sessions 20–30 minutes early, depending on the session type.
• Test participant and moderator setups: internet, video, audio, screen sharing.
• Welcome respondents and make sure they are ready and comfortable.
• Coordinate with the moderator or translator to make sure everything is aligned.
During the Session
• Start the recording at the scheduled time.
• Stay in the session for the first 10 minutes to ensure a smooth start.
• After that, monitor the session in the background for any issues.
• Rejoin the session quickly if technical issues come up or if you’re messaged by the team.
• Send reminders to late participants and troubleshoot access problems.
• Add backup participants if needed and notify the internal team about any session size changes.
After Setup
• Remain available for any follow-up troubleshooting during the session.
• Monitor the backend to provide ongoing support if needed.
Requirements
• Strong spoken and written English.
• A stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Confidence using online video platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
• Experience solving common technical issues (camera, mic, connection).
• Friendly and clear communicator who stays calm under pressure.
• Must be available to work in Eastern Time (ET) hours with up to 2 hours of extra buffer time, depending on the session schedule.
