UX/UI Wizz

In this dynamic and collaborative setting, we are on the lookout for a UX/UI Wizz to join our remote team. This role is designed for individuals passionate about design, eager to innovate, and ready to contribute to our mission.

As our UX/UI Wizz, you will take a pivotal role in defining our product’s future. You will spearhead our design initiatives, translating user feedback into seamless and compelling interfaces. Your work will focus on simplicity and efficacy, delivering solutions that surpass user expectations.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • As UX/UI you have strong experience to turn feature requirements into useful and intuitive designs for digital products that provide a great experience to our users.

  • Establish design patterns and systems according to our brand identity and guide the discussion about it with the UX and frontend team.

  • Drive a state-of-the-art remote UX process ranging from user research / design thinking to wireframing, hypothesis-testing to developer handoff.

  • Collaborate with both with our customers, stakeholders and engineers to test, build and deliver a delightful user experience for our B2B customers.

  • Collaborate with engineers to make sure tech constraints are considered into designs and user flows.

  • You want to have a customer impact. Must have experience working with B2B products.

  • Adept at designing intuitive user interfaces, grounded in user-centered design principles.

  • Skilled in Figma, with a comprehensive understanding of design systems and prototyping.

  • Ability to interact with users to gather requirements, enriching the design process with user insights.

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of crafting innovative design solutions.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities, crucial for our remote, holacratic work environment.

  • A portfolio demonstrating a history of impactful UX design projects.
