We’re a US-based digital marketing agency helping local businesses dominate their zip codes through performance-driven paid media.
We’re hiring a Paid Media Strategist — not a button-pusher.
This role is for someone who enjoys diagnosing ad performance, setting testing priorities, and improving results, not just building campaign. You’ll focus on strategy, testing frameworks, and performance direction, while execution is handled by an ads technician team.
You’ll collaborate directly with U.S. leadership and help shape strategies that drive measurable local business growth.
What You’ll Own
Paid media strategy for Google Ads and Meta Ads
Campaign structure, testing plans, and optimization priorities
Budget pacing and performance analysis
Identifying opportunities to scale winning campaigns
Clear weekly insights and next-step recommendations
You will work closely with leadership during US business hours and guide execution through structured handoffs.
What You Will Not Be Responsible For
Building campaigns from scratch
Uploading creatives or making routine changes
Pixel installs, tracking QA, or technical setup
Day-to-day maintenance tasks
(This role is strategy-first by design.)
Requirements
3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Experience improving CPL, ROAS, or lead quality through testing
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTMs, and GA4
Ability to explain why something worked or didn’t
Comfortable collaborating, giving recommendations, and pushing back when needed
Prior experience working with US clients or agencies preferred
Schedule & Location
Part-time: 6–8 hours per week
Must have 2–3 hours of overlap with US business hours (CST) during the workweek.
Remote — LATAM-based candidates only
Compensation
$900–$1,200 USD per month for approximately 6–8 hours per week, based on experience.
90-day paid trial period with clear expectations and outcomes
Strong performance may lead to expanded scope or a longer-term retainer.
