Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, develop and maintain TMF’s Flutter/Dart applications alongside TMF’s CTO
- Improve automated testing and TDD without compromising on timely code delivery
- Understand and improve existing DevOps and CI/CD processes to maintain a robust and scalable system
- Work with TMF’s Head of UX to contribute to product strategy and roadmap, aligning technical work with product goals
- Work closely with QA/UAT colleagues (both within TMF and its network of cooperative members) to ensure comprehensive testing, using staging environments and/or feature flags as needed
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience demonstrating an ability to adapt to new technology stacks
- An understanding of the importance of code reviews and effective collaboration with other senior developers
- Experience of Scrum and Kanban, and the ability to work effectively with a variety of ticketing/task management systems (e.g. Linear, Github Issues, Gitlab etc)
- Strong grasp of TDD and automated testing, paired with a pragmatic approach to delivering working code
- Substantial DevOps experience including CI/CD design and implementation
- Excellent written communication skills to facilitate effective asynchronous/remote working
- Experience in product strategy and roadmap development
- A meticulous approach to quality assurance, with a willingness to undertake disciplined manual testing when required (in addition to automated testing)
If you are a proactive engineer with a balance of technical expertise and a practical approach to problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!
