Strategic Marketing Manager

The Campaign Registry (“TCR”) is a dynamic and innovative telecommunications/software product company committed to delivering high-quality products/services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager with a strong background in communication, public relations, website management, design, event planning, and a proficiency in Spanish, to join our team. Open to candidates in the US Eastern time zone, Canada and Latin America.

Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager at TCR you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and driving our marketing efforts to new heights. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, reporting to the VP of Business Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies, including online and offline campaigns, to increase brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
  • Communication and Public Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and partners. Create and manage PR campaigns to enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Website Management and Design: Be involved in the maintenance and development of our company website. Ensure it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and visually appealing. Collaborate with internal designers and developers as necessary.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities. Coordinate logistics, promotions, and ensure successful execution. Discover, budget and dedvelop new “swag” for company branding for corporate gifts.
  • Content Development: Lead the creation of engaging, relevant, and persuasive marketing content, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media posts, and video content.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Spanish Language Proficiency: Utilize your Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking markets, both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, desired but not required.
  • Proven experience in marketing, communication, and public relations.
  • Strong knowledge of website management and design principles, some background in web design
  • Event planning and execution experience.
  • Proficiency in the Spanish language, speaking and writing is required.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends.
