Role Description

The Art Director will collaborate with our performance creative team to develop compelling visual content across diverse channels including email, website, mobile app (EASE), paid social, and display advertising. You’ll work on multiple concurrent projects supporting our client’s consumer banking initiatives across owned and paid media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create sophisticated designs for always-on campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives
  • Develop visual content for our client’s website, mobile app, incentive emails, social channels, and digital advertising
  • Work within established brand standards while maintaining design excellence
  • Collaborate on performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Support rapid iteration and optimization of creative assets

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Design Expertise

  • Proven experience working with comprehensive brand standards and style guides
  • Advanced design skills with demonstrated expertise in grid systems and typographic scales
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including extensive experience with design libraries and component systems
  • Strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing creative work- Must have a portfolio
  • Must have 4+ years of experience

Channel Knowledge

  • Performance marketing expertise with understanding of conversion-focused design
  • Broad experience across multiple channels: email marketing, website design, mobile app interfaces, paid social media, and display advertising
  • Understanding of how design impacts performance metrics and user behavior

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Storyboard development experience
  • Motion design capabilities
  • UX design background and methodology knowledge
  • Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries
