the director of studio revenue role is responsible for maximizing customer value and driving results from our customer relationships. this is an opportunity for getting engaged early in a fast-growing startup with a dynamic team. the role provides both leadership for our local studio managers on the ground and collaborates with our marketing, creative and production ops departments to turn our customer acquisition into customer value and repeat. an ideal leader will be able to bring strong planning and strategy talent with a high level of energy and motivation for driving daily sales outcomes.

soona makes it possible for brands to create professional photo and video starting at $39. our studio stores give customers a playground for creating their content and our anytime platform makes it possible for any product company in the US to experience a remote shoot. we are creating a fast casual content revolution!

  • lead a diverse team across multiple geographies
  • develop plans that can be communicated across the organization effectively
  • create and administer plans for reaching sales targets
  • hands on manager who can help train sales leaders and studio managers on sales
  • hit and exceed sales targets through planning and execution
  • develop sales strategies to improve customer retention and value
  • use data to drive decision making
  • work with customers to upsell and drive repeat
  • provide product feedback on how to drive tech improvements that make sales impacts
  • plan and run promotions in coordination with marketing
  • communicate across stakeholder groups
  • lead sales compensation initiatives
  • work with marketing to manage all aspects of the funnel
  • execute on go-to-market on new product releases
  • develop local and national sales strategies in coordination with marketing
  • ideate responsive tactical outreach to manage revenue shortfalls
  • report on key metrics

has experience in:

  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • leading sales teams
  • revenue planning
  • managing teams
  • data and report analysis
  • have a degree in a relevant field
  • managing and developing staff remotely
