Were a German agency on a mission to help Berlins vibrant cafes and restaurants shine online. Were looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist to join our remote team and bring a touch of magic to our clients’ social media presence.

Job Description:

As our Social Media Specialist, you will:

• Oversee the social media presence for multiple clients.

• Focus mainly on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

• Edit photos and videos to create engaging posts that align with the identity of each brand. 

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media functionalities and strategies for growing and engaging a follower base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts for multiple local restaurants and coffee shops, primarily on Instagram and TikTok.

• Writing captions, adding tags, and other elements to content to make it more compelling.

• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posting across all platforms.

• Engage with followers by monitoring comments and messages, fostering a vibrant online community.

• Assess social media metrics to evaluate content performance

• Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media, especially concerning Instagram and TikTok.

• Basic photo and video editing.

Note: Most of the content will be created and submitted to you through a google drive. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts.

• Understanding of social media growth strategies and community engagement techniques.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative mindset.

• Experience writing copies and captions for social media. 

• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure performance.

• Creative flair with a good eye for visual content.

• Familiarity with food and hospitality sector is a plus.
