We founded the company as a fully-remote team (pre Covid!) and are open to applicants that live within a 5 hour time zone difference of US Pacific Time.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the definition of our paid social media strategy and the implementation of campaigns end-to-end (from brief to build, analysis and sharing learnings). Ideal person is a self-starter who is unfazed by ambiguity, willing to get in the trenches and looks at it as an opportunity to come in early and create a paid social user acquisition flywheel at scale across different platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X etc. You will be collaborating closely with colleagues across product, creative, data, liaising with agencies and be responsible for setting up campaigns, measuring results, and socializing learnings. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:

    • Coordinate w/ external partners (agencies) to launch and Optimize Campaigns: Daily management of paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This includes setting up ad sets, adjusting bids, targeting, and monitoring budgets to ensure optimal performance.

    • A/B Testing: Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify high-performing variations and apply learnings to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates. Use data insights to make real-time adjustments to campaigns.

    • Reporting: Create detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign outcomes. Present findings and actionable insights to the marketing and growth teams.

  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation:

    • Audience Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand the target audience’s demographics, interests, and behaviors. Build and refine custom and lookalike audiences to maximize reach and relevance.

    • Segmentation: Develop and implement advanced audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized ads that resonate with different customer segments.

  • Creative Collaboration:

    • Creative Development: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm, develop, and refine ad creatives and copy that align with platform best practices and resonate with the target audience.

    • Feedback Loop: Provide data-driven feedback to the creative team based on performance metrics, suggesting improvements or new creative concepts to test.

  • Platform Expertise and Experimentation:

    • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and algorithm changes on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Ensure the strategies are aligned with current platform capabilities and trends.

    • Experimentation: Proactively test new ad formats, placement options, and bidding strategies to identify opportunities for incremental growth and optimization.

  • Budget Management:

    • Daily Budget Adjustments: Monitor daily spend across all campaigns, making adjustments as needed to ensure efficient use of the budget while achieving desired outcomes.

    • Forecasting and Planning: Assist in monthly and quarterly budget planning, providing forecasts based on historical data and expected performance.

**This role is technical and requires a balance of analytical prowess, creative collaboration, and strategic thinking to drive user acquisition and growth through paid social media channels.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ year experience working in the B2C tech space, managing paid campaigns at scale in Meta, TikTok etc.

  • Skilled performance marketer with deep expertise in optimizing paid marketing campaigns to ROI goals

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, scrappy attitude.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Stays current on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Has empathy for the customer and cares deeply about delivering value with all communications.
