Senior Demand Generation Strategist

42 Agency is a B2B MOPS & Demand Generation agency helping high growth B2B SAAS co’s build Demand Generation strategies, build sales & marketing processes, and implement efficient technology stacks. We work with customers like Smile, Profitwell, Teamwork & more to support GTM.

This is a Senior Demand Generation Strategist Role. You will own a roster of clients and build scalable demand-generation programs. 

We are looking for a customer-facing Demand Generation Manager who has strong communication skills and attention to detail. In this client-facing role, you will be making recommendations for MOPS & demand generation best practices and managing the relationship with the client & defining the strategy & aligning it to the customer goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide consulting expertise to improve marketing outcomes and deliver performing campaigns for multiple clients with a focus on paid, performance marketing, SEO, Content demand generation, and MOPS.
  • Architect and build email campaigns in Hubspot / Pardot 
  • Work with Hubspot Solutions Consultant to improve MOPS Systems Architecture – for example building a Campaign Workflow in Hubspot, Building Revenue Attribution Models, etc.
  • Recommend strategies and programs and implementing those tactics by working with internal teams, as well as monitoring success & reporting.
  • Consult on Go-To-Market strategies, including Outbound & ABM
  • Train customers on systems & tools
  • Stay current with emerging marketing technologies, systems and strategies to support the client experience
  • Lead project planning & resourcing with customers.
  • Research and liaise with marketing technology partners for marketing program needs
  • Create monthly and quarterly presentations that present success KPIs, areas of opportunities & strategy. 
  • Work with the internal team to implement/execute programs and strategies

What you’ll bring:

  • 5  – 7 years Demand Generation experience (in-house or agency side), with skills in:
    • SEO 
    • Paid Search
    • Paid Social
    • Email Marketing
    • Leads, Revenue, Opportunity Forecasting
    • Reporting & Presentation
    • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Project management skills using tools such as Clickup
  • Deep understanding of effective content, messaging and calls-to-action as it relates to paid media and performance marketing
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • A deep understanding of fundamental B2B marketing & Demand Waterfall concepts
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting for Demand programs based on pipeline & revenue goals
  • Comfortable with change.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well within a team environment
  • Passion for continuous learning, problem-solving, conversion optimization and teamwork
