As a Senior Architect /.Net Engineer, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Exceptional Growth Platform with an initial focus on eSHARS. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform, enabling us to drive true impact for our partners and stakeholders.

This pivotal role will be instrumental in designing and developing cutting-edge solutions that propel the success of our eSHARS and IEP offerings.

You will play a key role in constructing, managing, and enhancing fault-tolerant data infrastructure while upholding the highest standards of data quality and integrity.

  • Spearhead the design and architecture of intricate software solutions, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to define precise technical requirements and specifications.
  • Monitor and provide technical guidance to development teams and strolling strict adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and offer insightful feedback to maintain a high-quality codebase.
  • Develop, rigorously test, and deploy robust and scalable .Net applications, modules and services.
  • Leverage advanced .NET features and frameworks to optimize performance and ensure long-term maintainability.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact.
  • Provide expert recommendation on technology stack, tools, and frameworks to be employed in the development process.
  • Take the lead and conduct in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Identify and proactively address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities within the platform.
  • Work in close collaboration with cross functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver high quality solutions.
  • Create and meticulously maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and continuity of projects.
  • Conduct target training sessions and workshops for junior developers and other team members focusing on specific development practices

Required Skills and Experience

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience development.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex software solutions.
  • Profound expertise in C#, core and related technologies with a track record of applying these skills.
  • Proficiency in architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, Microservices, SOA)
  • Extensive experience with database design and SQL
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the emphasis on finding tailored solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, vital for seamless collaboration within teams
  • English fluency is required to effectively communicate with our clients and other key stakeholders both internal and external.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines with the focus of optimizing development workflows.
  • Certification and relevant technologies, such as Microsoft certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert beneficial
  • Familiarity or experience with orchestration tools.
