About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be focused on marketing Scholly’s affiliate partners — which includes financial companies, education brands, and everything in between — to our growing community. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of lead generation and conversion-rate optimization for affiliate products and services. This is a fully remote position. 
What you’ll do
Paid ads – Lead paid ads across channels, campaigns, audiences, and creative to generate leads and drive conversions to our affiliate partners. Paid ad platforms may include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Taboola, Outbrain, Pinterest, YouTube, and more, and we’ll look to you to recommend tests of paid channels we haven’t utilized in the past. You don’t need to be an expert on every channel, but experience beyond Facebook and Google is a must for this role. 
Affiliate partner management – Manage day-to-day operations of Scholly’s affiliate program, including partner contracts, tracking, pricing, and creative approval. Relationships you’ll manage include instances where Scholly is the affiliate promoting the goods or services of other merchants and instances where Scholly is working with influencers on the behalf of our affiliate partners. These relationships will be managed in Impact, so prior experience with this platform is a huge plus. 
Weekly reporting + analysis — You’ll monitor and analyze the performance of our marketing initiatives through native ad platform dashboards and tools like Google Analytics, Woopra, Braze, and more. Where tools and ways to measure ROI are not in place, you’ll recommend new tools and processes for measurement of marketing effectiveness. 
You’re a great fit for this role if:
  • You have 3+ years of experience with performance marketing
  • You have 3+ years of experience with affiliate programs
  • You have prior experience with Impact, our partnership automation platform
  • You’re experienced with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, and multiple other ad platforms
  • You’re eager to take on an impactful role and not afraid to fail
  • You’re confident in your abilities and accountable for your work 
  • You thrive with limited direction and don’t wait for others to tell you what to do
