Position Summary:
We are seeking a Supervised Learning QA in our ReBotics team, a platform dedicated to reshaping retail for both shoppers and businesses. As a Supervised Learning QA, you will partner with technical teams, ensuring quality in our agile annotation workflows, while also driving data-driven insights for retail.
Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate product images using custom tools to support advanced computer vision.
• Analyze product performance metrics and identify key retail trends across categories.
• Optimize annotation workflows to ensure efficient agile sprints.
• Generate BI reports on sales, trends, and category performance to guide strategic decisions.
• Identify, analyze, and document any bugs or errors in annotation workflows.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project requirements and align QA goals.
• Suggest solutions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Academic & Experience Requirements:

• bachelor's in computer applications, with 2 to 3 years of experience in the retail domain, especially in image labeling, 2D/3D annotation, and data labeling.
• Proficiency with computer vision annotation tools like CVAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret product performance and drive category insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality data under tight deadlines.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency with CVAT, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and other data presentation platforms.
• Experience in 2D and 3D annotation and labeling tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
