About TJM Labs
TJM Labs builds Pharmacy AI: the AI agents hundreds of pharmacies rely on to handle the repetitive work that keeps pharmacists away from patients. Our platform handles prescription intake, data entry, refill management and patient calls. It works on top of the systems pharmacies already run, across 26+ pharmacy management systems and the portals and tools around them, so teams can take on more volume with the same staff. Today TJM Labs supports more than 550 pharmacies across the U.S. and Canada and automates over a million pharmacy tasks a day.
TJM Labs is built by pharmacists. Through our Dual-Expert Model™, pharmacists and engineers work side by side to design automation around the real workflows, systems and challenges pharmacies face every day.
We are a remote-first, high-growth organization united by a shared mission to help pharmacies scale without proportionally scaling their workforce. Our culture emphasizes direct impact, autonomy with responsibility, collaboration, practical problem-solving, continuous learning, and a commitment to healthcare. Team members have the opportunity to see their work make a meaningful difference in real pharmacies while contributing to technology that helps healthcare professionals focus on what matters most: their patients.
About the Role
As our Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll take ownership of the work that keeps a fast-growing company running across finance, customer operations and internal tools, and you’ll get it done without being asked. A big part of the role is making the company run better: finding inefficiencies, designing processes, training teams and automating work with AI. You’ll work closely with our COO, division leads and customer operations teams to keep the business running on time as we bring AI to more pharmacies. This role is a great fit for someone who is sharp, driven and happiest when they own the whole list.
TJM Labs is growing fast, and a growing company produces more important work than its leaders can personally track. This role exists to close that gap. You will know what is open, what is late and what should happen next, and you will already be working on it. This is a full-time role working U.S. business hours (Eastern Time), with real room to grow your scope as you prove yourself.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the COO to drive company priorities, owning projects from start to finish across finance, legal and customer operations
- Find inefficiencies across teams and remove them, using AI and automation in tools like Linear and Pylon to eliminate manual work
- Design and document better processes, and train teams so the new way of working sticks
- Run the leadership team’s operating rhythm: track commitments, gather updates and follow through until work is done
- Build and own the dashboards and KPI reporting leadership uses to track performance across teams
- Support finance operations, including collections follow-up
- Conduct competitive and industry research, and turn findings into clear recommendations and presentations for leadership
- Spot gaps, bottlenecks and unowned work across the company, and act on them without waiting to be asked
What you will bring
Required
- Rigorous analytical training from management consulting, professional services advisory, a corporate management associate program, or a strategy or operations role at a high-growth company
- Strong analytical skills: you can build a clean analysis in a spreadsheet and draw the right conclusion from it
- Clear, polished written English, including slides and one-page summaries ready for executives
- Ability to work full U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
- You find the work that needs to be done and do it, and you update people before they have to ask
- You learn new tools, documents and industries quickly, and you bring the same standard to shipping a box as to building a board deck
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
Nice to have
- Experience working remotely with U.S. teams or clients
- Exposure to U.S. healthcare or pharmacy
- Experience automating workflows with AI
Benefits
- Remote-first collaborative work environment
- The opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, pharmacy, and AI
- Meaningful ownership and opportunity to grow as TJM Labs continues to scale
