About the role

As a Strategy Associate, you’ll help run lifecycle workstreams alongside a Retention Strategist and a Designer, keeping campaigns and flows moving fast and shipping flawlessly. If you’re early in your career and want to learn retention properly, this is where you master it, on real brands.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and launch in Klaviyo: Set up campaigns and flows from the brief, then QA them until they’re perfect.
• Write copy at AI speed: Draft email and SMS copy, using AI to explore subject lines, hooks and CTA variations.
• Run production: Give our Designer clear inputs and realistic deadlines, and keep every ClickUp task current, so every delivery goes out on time and to standard.
• Coordinate day to day: Be the go-to person for internal coordination and, as you grow, for client questions.
• Watch the numbers: Support reporting and bring patterns and opportunities to your Strategist.

Who you are

• 1+ year in email or lifecycle marketing, or a strong background in marketing, e-commerce or brand. We’ll teach you the tools.
• Detail-obsessed. You catch the broken link before anyone else does.
• A problem solver. When you don’t know something, you go find the answer before you ask.
• Resilient. New problems energize you. You see each one as a chance to learn, not a reason to stop.
• Driven by excellence. You can’t leave good enough alone, and you make each mistake only once.

• Strong written and spoken English.
