ABOUT US
RabbleRouser is a free fantasy politics app. Players draft real members of Congress and score points on actual votes, bills, and floor activity, like fantasy football for Capitol Hill. We're live on iOS, Android, and the web, and we're nonpartisan: we make Congress fun for everyone and never take sides.
WHAT YOU GET
- Equity in the company, with payouts distributed once the app is monetized and profitable
- Bonus equity as you hit follower milestones
- Founding Creator title, full creative freedom, and a real startup credit for your portfolio
- For students: eligible for internship course credit
We're an early-stage startup and can't offer a salary yet. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something and share in its success. Equity vests over time, with terms set in a written agreement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create about 1 short-form video per day on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts (we're building a small team of Founding Creators)
- Turn real congressional news into fun, competitive content tied to the app
- Jump on trends quickly and engage with comments
- Share what's working so we can grow faster together
WHO YOU ARE
- Short-form video experience (portfolio or social links required)
- Comfortable on camera; strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Interested in politics, current events, or fantasy sports
- Keeps content neutral and fun for all sides
- Self-motivated and consistent
TO APPLY
Send your portfolio or social handles, plus one quick idea for a RabbleRouser video.
