Senior Technical AI Product Manager

About Us

Togal.ai is looking for a highly technical Product Manager who combines strong product instincts with a deep understanding of modern AI systems.

This isn't a traditional roadmap-management role. We need someone who can operate at the intersection of Product Management, AI Engineering, and Solutions Architecture, translating complex customer problems into reliable, scalable AI products.

You should be comfortable challenging engineers on architectural decisions, discussing LLM evaluations and guardrails, and owning products from discovery to production.

What You'll Do

AI Product Strategy & Discovery

• Own AI product strategy, discovery, and execution from 0-to-1 through scale.
• Translate complex customer workflows into AI-native product experiences.
• Work closely with engineers on LLM architectures, RAG, agents, orchestration, and technical trade-offs.
• Define AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, guardrails, and reliability standards.
• Drive decisions around model selection, accuracy, latency, cost, and scalability.
• Prototype quickly, validate assumptions, and ship products that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead technical discovery with customers and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-native products.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI products into production, not just experimenting with LLM APIs.
• Deep practical understanding of:

1. LLMs & Agents: Tool calling, orchestration, MCP, agentic workflows.
2. Evaluations & Guardrails: LLM-as-a-judge, golden datasets, hallucination mitigation, prompt injection, output validation.
3. RAG & Retrieval: Embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, reranking.
4. AI Infrastructure: Model selection, observability, latency, inference costs, and reliability.

• Strong technical foundation, ideally in software engineering, ML, or solutions architecture.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior engineers and influence architectural decisions.
• Excellent product discovery, customer-facing communication, and 0-to-1 execution skills.
• Ability to balance technical feasibility, user experience, and business impact.

This Role Is Probably Not For You If

• Your primary focus has been roadmaps, sprint planning, and project coordination.
• You depend entirely on engineers to explain AI capabilities and limitations.
• Your AI experience is limited to basic chatbot integrations or prototypes.
• You haven't owned technical product decisions or measured AI quality in production.
