Senior Finance Manager

Turn financial insight into decisions that shape a growing technology business.

Join a location analytics company that helps retailers, real estate businesses and other organizations understand places, markets and consumer behavior. Its platform turns complex data into practical business insight, with privacy at the center of its approach.

Working closely with the SVP of Finance, you will build the models, forecasts and financial narratives that guide planning and performance. You will partner with R&D and Product leaders to turn analysis into action, with significant ownership and room to make sound decisions when the data is incomplete.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

• Shape the plan: support annual, quarterly, monthly and ad-hoc forecasting across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

• Make performance clear: analyze KPIs, budget-to-actual results and financial variances, and explain what the numbers mean for the business.

• Partner where decisions happen: work closely with R&D and Product teams to connect financial insights with business actions.

• Build better models: develop and improve financial models for ongoing planning and ad-hoc analysis.

• Strengthen how the business operates: work with Finance, Accounting and business teams to improve financial processes, budgets and internal reporting.

• Connect financial and operating performance: help Operations, Marketing, Sales Development and Sales teams improve departmental budgets and non-financial KPIs.

• Improve controls: identify gaps, design and test better controls, and work with the teams responsible for putting them into practice.

• Lead across teams: take cross-functional projects from start to finish, including work outside your direct scope, and influence partners without relying on formal reporting lines.

WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Fully remote work from Colombia.

• Direct partnership with the SVP of Finance and close collaboration with R&D and Product leaders.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 8 years of experience in finance, financial modeling and interpreting financial statements.

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, particularly for financial modeling.

• Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards and budgeting in a high-growth organization.

• The ability to organize and analyze raw financial information, combine it with customer and partner insights, and reach useful conclusions quickly.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with curiosity and a drive to keep learning.

• The ability to build trust with business partners and executive stakeholders, and turn differing perspectives into shared decisions.

• Clear, proactive communication across departments in a remote environment, with reliable delivery against deadlines.

• Comfort working independently in a small team, collaborating across functions and moving between strategy and execution.

• The ability to manage several projects and priorities at once.
