Zoniqx is building the tokenization layer for real world and private assets. We’re a small, fast moving team headquartered in Menlo Park with our engineering centre in India, working with clients and partners across the globe in one of the most exciting spaces in fintech right now.

The role

We’re looking for a hands on Business Analyst who can sit between our clients and our engineering team, turn real client needs into clear product requirements, and drive delivery from start to finish. You’ll own the client relationship end to end, from onboarding through delivery, and work closely with product and engineering to ship on time.

This is a high ownership role with real international exposure, perfect for someone who loves bringing order to complex projects and gets genuine satisfaction from delivering.

What you’ll do

• Translate client needs into clean workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, and dependencies with engineering and QA.
• Own day to day client communication, onboarding, and progress updates.
• Support demos, UAT, releases, and client training.
• Keep product documentation current and track issues, scope changes, and commitments.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in business analysis or product delivery with real client facing work.
• A background in fintech, financial services, investment platforms, or digital assets.
• Strong written and spoken English, and the confidence to handle international clients directly. Working knowledge of Agile delivery and tools like Jira.
• A degree in finance, business, economics, or a relevant tech field. Knowledge of tokenization, blockchain, funds, securities, or KYC/AML is a plus, not a must.

We’re especially keen to hear from people coming out of lending, wealthtech, fund administration software, capital markets technology, or B2B fintech. Strong financial workflow knowledge and a track record of delivering for clients matter far more to us than crypto experience.
