• Shape human-centered brand experiences and strategic frameworks that transform audience insights into cohesive, impactful creative campaigns across patient care, hospital marketing, and enterprise initiatives.
• Integrate emerging generative AI tools into the team’s creative workflows to unlock faster production, deeper personalization, and scalable design efficiencies without losing the human touch.
• Champion the Ascension brand identity across diverse touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, and trust in every patient, partner, and community interaction.
• Guide cross-functional creative partners—from writers and designers to senior marketing leaders—translating complex organizational goals into actionable creative briefs and audience journeys.
• Cultivate an innovative, mission-focused creative culture by experimenting with new digital storytelling methods, modern design systems, and progressive healthcare marketing practices.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s): None Required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Work Experience

• 7 years of brand and experience strategy leadership: Proven track record directing multi-channel brand strategy, end-to-end journey mapping, and cross-functional creative initiatives.
• A comprehensive strategy portfolio: Verifiable case studies highlighting audience insight development, creative brief architecture, and measurable campaign performance.
• Hands-on AI and design workflow fluency: Direct experience operationalizing generative AI tools alongside modern creative and collaboration software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana) to streamline creative production.
