Sales Partner

We're hiring: Sales Partners (5 positions)

ElevynTechWorks is growing, and we're looking for driven sales professionals to join our team.

Locations:

• Pune: 3 positions
• Kolhapur: 2 positions

What you'll do:

• Generate your own leads through cold calls and outreach
• Pitch our solutions and close deals
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Work remotely, with on-field client visits when needed

Training provided:
No prior product knowledge needed. We'll train you fully on what you'll be selling after you join.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only role (no fixed salary).

• 14% commission on every deal you close
• Deals start at Rs. 25,000 and go much higher, with no cap
• Example: one Rs. 25,000 deal earns you Rs. 3,500. Bigger deals mean bigger payouts.
• Commission is calculated on payment received from the client and paid once the deal is completed

Growth path:
Strong performers will get the opportunity to move into a full-time role with a fixed salary.
