Sales Manager DACH

Your mission

• You win new small and medium-sized customers in the DACH region – bakeries, food service and grocery retail – from first contact through the demo to the signed contract.
• You manage many sales processes in parallel and keep sales cycles short.
• You build your own pipeline through outbound, trade fairs, marketing leads and your network, and keep it up todate in HubSpot.
• You talk to owners, managing directors and heads of production and make AI forecasting simple and tangible for them.
• You develop and test sales campaigns, measure what works and scale it.
• You build partnerships with industry associations and POS and ERP providers that open new doors for us.
• You share market feedback with Sales, Marketing and Product.

Your profile

What you need to bring

• At least two years of B2B sales experience in which you closed deals yourself.
• German at C2 level: you negotiate and write confidently with owners and managing directors, on equal footing.
• English at least at B2 level, ideally C1: you work with our team in English every day.
• You get things moving yourself: you take ownership of your targets, improve processes and see them through.
• You enjoy pace and volume and keep your pipeline clearly structured

Nice to have

• Experience selling software or SaaS – a clear advantage.
• Knowledge of and contacts in bakery, food service or grocery retail.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
