Most commission jobs pay you once. This one keeps paying. Greenfield Realty sells vacant land across the US, mostly with in-house owner financing. When you close one of those deals, you get 8% of every monthly payment the buyer makes, for the whole length of the loan. Example: a $300/month plan for 48 months pays you $24/month for 48 months, and it stacks with every deal you close. Cash deals pay 8% once, plus a generous share of the down payment on financed deals.
This is a commission-only position (no base salary).
What you'll do: work warm inbound buyer leads (websites, Facebook, Craigslist, Land.com), run daily SMS campaigns to landowners and call back replies, and close end to end including e-signed contracts.
Who you are: you've closed deals by phone, native or near-native English, 5-15 hrs/week, flexible but covering US business hours, self-driven. Real estate/land experience is a bonus.
