Remote B2B Appointment Setter, US and Canada

IMPORTANT: This is a commission-only independent-contractor role with no base salary.

ABOUT VIVIN
Vivin Sales is a podcast-led GTM agency. We help B2B founders build warm pipeline and brand through their own podcast. We source and book relevant guests, prepare the show, produce polished episodes, and create upload-ready assets. Clients publish through their own channels unless managed publishing is purchased separately.

THE ROLE
You will make focused outbound calls to B2B founders and business owners, qualify fit and interest, and book discovery meetings for our founder. You do not close deals, negotiate terms, or promise delivery.

TERRITORY AND HOURS
You will focus on prospects in the United States and Canada and must be available for scheduled calling blocks during North American business hours.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Make outbound B2B calls from approved lead lists.
• Use the approved call framework and explain the offer accurately.
• Qualify fit and book appropriate discovery meetings.
• Record clear notes and dispositions after each call.
• Follow calling windows, suppression rules, and quality standards.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• At least one year of relevant B2B calling, appointment-setting, SDR, telemarketing, or commission-sales experience.
• Clear spoken communication and reliable follow-through.
• A quiet workspace, reliable internet, and equipment suitable for remote calling.
• Comfort with measurable activity and commission-only compensation.

COMPENSATION
This is commission-only, with a $0 base salary. You earn 5% of client revenue for the client's first three months for each client that closes from a meeting you booked. Commission is uncapped. Estimated annual commission earnings are $80,000-$100,000 USD for strong performance. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and actual earnings depend entirely on attributable client revenue collected.
