As Regional Business Development Head DACH (m/f/d), you will be responsible for sustaining and further developing the existing business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, creating the foundation for long-term growth in a dynamic market environment.
In this key role, you will drive regional collaboration, identify cross-border business opportunities, and establish a unified market presence across the DACH region. Acting as the central link between global sales strategy and local market execution, you will ensure that regional activities are fully aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Responsibility for the achievement of revenue, sales, and growth targets across the DACH region while steering regional business development in alignment with global corporate objectives.
Identify and leverage synergies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, working closely with customers, partners, and delivery organizations to strengthen regional competitiveness.
Develop and execute a unified market strategy while promoting the One Company approach across all countries and business units.
Initiate and lead strategic sales and business development initiatives in close collaboration with local managing directors as well as regional and global stakeholders.
Advise global leadership through market and competitive intelligence, while ensuring effective governance, transparent reporting, and sustainable performance management across the region.
Your Profile:
Several years of leadership experience in regional or international sales, business development, or general management roles.
Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, as well as leading complex organizations within the DACH business environment.
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, combined with a hands-on mindset, execution excellence, and a strong focus on results.
Experience managing cross-functional and international stakeholders, along with outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong customer focus, paired with business-fluent German and English language skills.
