About the Role
We are looking for motivated and results-driven recruiters to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and connecting qualified engineering professionals with employers across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Recruit software engineers and structural engineers.
Screen candidates and assess their qualifications.
Coordinate with employers throughout the recruitment and placement process.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
