Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with 4+ years of project management experience to lead and deliver technology projects from initiation to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, vendor coordination, and end-to-end project delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Strong experience in project scope, budget, resource, schedule, and quality management.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
• Experience developing project plans, project charters, milestones, and status reports.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with digital transformation, enterprise applications, or large-scale technology projects is a plus.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with cloud-based solutions and modern technology platforms.
• Experience in PMO environments and strategic project governance.
• Strong financial management and project budgeting experience.
