Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Product Manager / Solutions Engineer to own product initiatives, translate customer and business needs into product solutions, and work cross-functionally to drive product development, adoption, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives; from identifying user problems and defining

requirements to coordinating execution and supporting launch.

• Translate ambiguous business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories,

and prioritised roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and design.

• Conduct user research, analyse product data, and gather stakeholder feedback to validate

hypotheses, uncover pain points, and inform product decisions.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to drive

alignment, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery in fast-paced environments.

• Define success metrics for features and use post-launch analysis, experimentation, and iteration to

improve adoption, usability, and business impact.

• Contribute to a high-ownership startup product culture by balancing strategy and execution,

improving team processes, and stepping into operational gaps where needed to move the product
forward.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or a similar role, preferably

within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Strong understanding of B2B products, product development, and customer use cases. (Legal tech

is a high match)

• Strong problem-solving and first-principles thinking skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous

business and customer needs into clear product requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple product initiatives, prioritise effectively, and navigate changing

requirements with flexibility.
