Product Manager, Fund OS

Own the direction of Foundation Source’s FundOS platform. In this role, you’ll work where fintech meets philanthropy, shaping the technology that donor-advised fund (DAF) sponsoring organizations rely on to serve their donors and grantees. You’ll partner with sharp engineers, designers, and business leaders in a fast-moving, agile environment and make the calls that define core features, simplifying DAF administration and fund accounting. We’re looking for a strong generalist product manager with sound judgment, real curiosity, and the precision that fintech and compliance-sensitive domains demand. You’ll have meaningful autonomy and a clear mandate to build something that matters.

Who You’ll Work With

  • DAF sponsoring organizations and institutions: the clients who administer donor-advised funds on FundOS
  • DAF business leadership: you’ll help set priorities, roadmap, and strategy
  • Engineering & Design: your partners in building high-quality features, fast
  • Internal Delivery & Support teams: you’ll coordinate on account-level product needs as they arise

What You’ll Own

Feature Development & Roadmap Ownership (35%)

  • Lead the design, development, and launch of FundOS features that improve DAF administration, fund accounting, and the donor/grantee experience
  • Own and prioritize the FundOS roadmap, making sharp tradeoffs among business outcomes, technical feasibility, and client needs
  • Hold every feature to the financial accuracy and compliance standards expected in a fintech/DAF context.

Cross-Functional Leadership (25%)

  • Partner with business stakeholders, clients, and internal operational teams to define and prioritize product requirements
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ship high-quality features on schedule
  • Coordinate with Product Support and Technical Account Management on account-level product needs

Performance Analysis & Communication (20%)

  • Use product metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Present product strategy, roadmap, and performance results to senior management and stakeholders
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation of product scope and decisions

Customer & Market Insight (20%)

  • Build a deep, first-hand understanding of DAF sponsoring organizations, their donors, and their operational needs
  • Research DAF administration trends, the competitive landscape, and the broader philanthropic/fintech sector to spot opportunities early
  • Be the voice of the customer in every product decision
