Responsibilities
- Talk to D2C clients and gather requirements
- Write specs and user stories
- Prioritise the roadmap with engineering
- Run demos and collect feedback
- Track adoption and outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years in product, ideally e-commerce or SaaS
- Clear written communication
- Understanding of APIs and web products
- Comfort with data
Nice to have: AI/LLM product experience, Figma, SQL
