We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused eConcierge Team Member to join our remote team.

Job Description

As an eConcierge Team Member, you will be responsible for managing guest communications, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience across our short-term rental properties.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally through our property management system.
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservation questions, and general concerns.
• Provide accurate property information and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address maintenance requests, housekeeping concerns, and other guest needs.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and accurate communication records.
• Ensure a positive guest experience and uphold company service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple guest inquiries simultaneously.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or virtual assistance is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or property management systems is preferred but not required.

• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including daytime or nighttime hours based on U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDT).
