Scale-aware: you think about performance and scalability as you build
Ownership: you take your features from ticket through to production
Independent: you work well with light supervision and know when to ask for help
Clear communicator: you keep your team updated on progress and blockers
Pragmatic: you balance code quality with shipping velocity

Why Pixory
You’ll join a fully remote, lean and fast-moving team building a product that’s already generating significant revenue. It’s a great place to grow fast. You’ll work on real production systems at scale, alongside senior engineers, with real ownership from day one.

We prioritize real experience over years on a CV. An engineer with live production apps and hands-on AWS is more valuable to us than someone who’s never deployed beyond localhost.

Please DO NOT contact us via email when applying to this role. We’d like to keep communication on Wellfound, and all candidates on Wellfound will be prioritised.

We look forward to receiving your application!
