The role

We are looking for a LinkedIn Social Media Manager to plan and run ReachArena's presence on LinkedIn and help grow our audience.

What you will do

• Plan and manage the LinkedIn content calendar for the company page and the founder
• Create and publish posts (text, carousels, short videos)
• Engage with the community and build relationships with creators
• Track performance and report on what works
• Test new formats and trends on LinkedIn

What we are looking for

• Experience managing or growing a LinkedIn account (personal, client, or company)
• Strong written English
• Good understanding of LinkedIn content and formats
• Organized and able to work independently

Hiring process

1. Screening call (5–10 minutes)
2. Short assignment (usually takes 2–3 hours)
3. Final round with the founder
